  • We have updated the firmware to the latest version 2.12.136.0 by using Microsoft Surface Dock Updater.
  • We have deleted display cache with "Surface Dock registry file".
  • You need to apply the latest Windows update.

*1 The monitor does not enter the power save mode.
*2 After restarting Surface Pro, the monitor's resolution may decrease and it may not be possible to change the setting. Restarting the PC is necessary.
*3 By turning the monitor on and off through the main switch or by unplugging and replugging the power cable, the monitor may enter power save mode. Repeat the action to display the screen again.

 

Precautions when using Surface Dock

* Surface Pro's built-in monitor may blackout or may not enter the power save mode when using Surface Dock.
* The external monitor may not be able to display while Surface Dock's power button is blinking.
* Surface Pro's built-in monitor may not display images after restarting the PC with Surface Dock.
* Surface Pro's built-in monitor may not return from its power save mode.
